This is from the loopz website, Orbital's live setup for the upcoming festival season. Looks like they are going to be using Ableton Live, along with loads of hardware: Paul said "These pictures are of our current working live set some bits will change but it is the basis of what we are bringing on the road, all synths are analogue , using live for a sequencer and sampler... ".

Looks like it should be a good show, shame about the mmt8s and Emu samplers...

All that gear seems like overkill... but I guess when you are big enough to have professional roadies to carry the gear for you, it doesn't matter.

Number of tracks I would finish with that setup: 0

macbeth M5N, a sef-contained kind of 2600, comes in red, blue and classic black with orange lettering

prophecys as MIDI controllers??? motherf**rs!!! Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

I bet they mistake them with m-audio oxygen 8s Wink ...hehehe...

they´re pretty similar in look...I hate when young people come into my studio and talk about my prophy as "the controller" Evil or Very Mad

http://www.macbethstudiosystems.com/m5ntechnical.html

they`re building the X series modules right now to enter into the "built your own modular" bag...
